PARTS SPECIALIST: NAPPANEE, KOKOMO & AUBURN LOCATIONS

Summary of Position: A Parts Specialist at Plevna Implement provides value-added parts solutions on ag and lawn equipment through interactive communication with customers. The Parts Specialist must provide quality service with a customer-first attitude. The parts specialist must be self-motivated, a strong communicator, exhibit strong sales skills and work quickly while maintaining detailed accuracy. Computer experience is required as position will utilize Company’s Dealer Information System. Above all, The Parts Specialist must uphold the Company’s Core Values of Service, Commitment, Integrity & Partnership.

Duties and Responsibilities: The Duties and Responsibilities of a Service Technician include but are not limited to:

• Selling retail parts to customers at the Company’s Part Counter & over the telephone.
• Effectively communicating and interacting with customers to provide quality, customer-first parts service and support; including but not limited to part inquiries, parts lookup, parts research and/or Emergency Parts needs on various makes and models of ag and lawn equipment.
• Work with the Parts Manager to perform the regular tasks of the Parts Department, including but not limited to inventory audits, closing of customer countertickets, communication with parts manufacturers, stocking and pulling inventory, preparing returns, etc that enhance the performance of the Parts Department as a whole.
• Performing all tasks necessary to achieve 5-star status under AGCO’s Dealer Excellence Program.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as outlined by the Parts Manager. This position reports to the Parts Manager.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in direct industry experience
• Dedicated self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive position productivity without the need for direct, constant supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate coordination among multiple parties oftentimes under specific timeframes and deadlines.
• Shared understanding and importance of upholding the principal Core Values of our Company.
