Store Manager (Rensselaer)
Welcome to Plevna Implement Company! We are a full-line Fendt & Massey Ferguson farm equipment dealership providing superior farm machinery sales and service support since 1945! We have four dealership locations in Kokomo, Nappanee, Auburn and Rensselaer, Indiana and we are continuing to grow. Since day one, Plevna Implement Company has focused on personalized, customer-focused services and experiences.
As Store Manager you will serve as location general manager and be responsible for overseeing the productivity, profitability and efficiency of the dealership location which contributes to the overall success and performance of the entire dealership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree highly recommended.
- 10+ years of management experience.
- 5+ years experience general managing a team or department.
2,200 - 2,400 average annual work hours.
